Pastors Earl & Marci Glisson began Anchor Faith Church in 2004 after being led by God to plant a faith-based church in the St. Augustine, FL area. Both Florida natives, Pastor Earl grew up in Archer, while Pastor Marci grew up in St. Augustine. Both are graduates of Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and are district leaders for Rhema's Ministrial Association International. They've lived in the St. Augustine area since 2003 and enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Pastor Roddy was born again in 1995 and has had an amazing journey that led him to Niceville. From Coaching high school and college, working in a boys home, youth pastoring and even owning a nationwide business. Danielle had a very unique path into the ministry. After graduating from Nursing School she decided to attend Rhema Bible College in Tulsa Oklahoma in 1994. Their motivation to minister the Gospel to the Body of Christ is for the believer to see who they are and what they have "in Christ".
